Delivery Returns Info

DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION: 

Once payment has been received, goods are dispatched to the customers nominated delivery address. We use DPD for UK and Ireland shipments. Worldwide shipments are processed with TNT FEDEX.

Our integrated system automatically works out your shipping cost & delivery date when ordering online. 

Please be aware transport companies do not accept box weight over 25 kg. The cost will depend on the total weight and country of shipping. 


SAME DAY DISPATCH

Orders paid for by 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday, will be dispatched same day.
 
Delivery is next working day for UK (mainland) customers, other countries vary but a delivery date will be provided upon completion of your order.

 
WE OFFER FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK on orders over £500+VAT. 
There is a charge of £10 for orders under £500.00+VAT. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES vary in cost depending on your country and weight of your order. The correct shipping charge will be calculated by your sales person.

Customers based in the EU must provide a valid VAT number or 20% VAT will be applied to your order.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Damages, discrepancies & returns must be notified to us within 2 days of receiving your order by e-mail to: info@forevayoung.co.uk.

Please quote your Order Number and description of the product and reason for returns. In the case of damages, a photo of the fault should also be provided. Should you wish to return faulty item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 7 days of receiving it. Once we have received your returns, we will credit the refund amount towards your next order within five working days. We will not be able to accept any items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customization or alteration

  • The item/s must be returned with a debit note enclosed.
  • Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post.
  • We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods.
  • We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a 30% restocking fee on returns that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault. 
  • Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment.
  • Refunds can take 5 working days to reflect in your account.


Once you have placed an order with us, we will begin the dispatching process of the products. However, depending on the order volume and the products in question, the timing may vary.
